Shipping policy

  • We ship all pieces via USPS for domestic US and international Canada orders.
  • We currently only ship internationally to Canada but hope to expand our services in the future. Please follow along on our social media channels or keep checking back to the website for any shipping updates.
  • Shipping methods, times and prices will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages but will always work with you to try to remedy any problems. While we will always package items as safely as possible, unfortunately the mail is an unpredictable system and damage does occur on occasion. If your item arrives broken in any way, please take photos of everything (product, packaging, label, etc) and shoot us a message. Don't throw any of this away either. We will need this to file a claim with USPS. 

  • Orders will be packaged up and taken to the post office as quickly as possible.
  • Packages will only ship and process on business days - Monday through Friday.
